When you book an event or visit your event page, we collect your name, email, phone number, event details, and any photos, song requests, or messages you or your guests submit. If your guests text in requests or photos, we store the phone number used and the content sent.
We use this information to manage your booking, run your event's interactive features (song requests, photo slideshow, SMS), send booking-related emails, and — if you or your guests opt in — send occasional updates or promotions. We do not sell your information to third parties.
By texting our event number, you consent to receive automated and DJ-sent replies related to your event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from future texts, or START to resubscribe.
Photos and song requests submitted during an event are reviewed before appearing on the public slideshow. We retain event photos and requests for record-keeping and may use them, with consent, in future marketing materials.
Payments (deposits, tips) are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data under its own security and privacy practices.
We retain booking and event data as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your information by contacting us below.
